On March 21, 2007 prosecutor Jacek Wygoda, was appointed the Director of the Vetting Office by the Prime Minister Jarosław Kaczyński.

Jacek Wygoda – born on February 1, 1965 in Krakow. Graduated of Jagiellonian University in Krakow (Masters in Law and Administration). Police officer in 1990-1999. Department Director in General Duty Inspectorate in 1999-2000. Officer of Central Investigation Office in 2000-2001. Since 2001 till 2006 Jacek Wygoda worked as prosecutor of District Prosecutor’s Office in Krakow. In 2006 he became the District Prosecutor in Myslenice. Since March 2007 worked in the Commission for the Prosecution of Crimes against the Polish Nation in Krakow.
