Epos of the Polish civilians who fled the USSR together with the Władysław Anders Army and a description of extraordinary journey through the Middle East, India, Africa, Mexico, and New Zeeland. Thousands of Poles from the Eastern territory of Poland, occupied by the USSR on September 17, 1939, found themselves in places which had been associated before with exotic expeditions, journeys and adventures.
