Daily Information on the situation within the country, intended for the use of members of the highest party and government management;
  • Minutes of the meetings of the General Staff of the Internal Affairs Ministry held in December 1970 (incomplete);
  • Transcripts of teleconference with voivodships' commanding officers of the Civil Militia organized in December 1970 by the general commanding officer Tadeusz Pietrzak.
  • Information included in the disclosed documents significantly deepens our knowledge of the scale of social protests which were not limited exclusively to the Coast. Street demonstrations were taking place also in Cracow, Wałbrzych and Białystok. From the book one can learn that in 1970 seven incidents of deliberate barricade erection on the railroad tracks, two incidents of railway loosening, and one incident of putting an explosive on the railroad from Łapy to Białystok took place. It is not known who committed these acts of sabotage. Information about the bomb explosion in an apartment building at the Spacerowa Street in Warsaw on the December 16th/17th night, which resulted in demolition of nine apartments, can raise even more doubts on the part of the reader.
