The Soviet Hell 1939-1956 - wersja graficzna tekstu

The exhibition, opened on October 22nd, 2002, illustrates the tragedy of Polish citizens under the Soviet occupation. The exhibits, selected from Polish and foreign archives, provide information on the Soviet crimes, beginning on September 17th, 1939 and ending with the signing of the last repatriation agreement in 1956. Unique photographs, maps, posters, documents and other exhibits show not only individual tragedies of Polish citizens who were imprisoned, deported, murdered and repressed by other means but also categories of repression applied by the Soviet regime.
